With the development of information technology, a big change has been happened in embedded indicator domain. The more powerful processors and higher integrative function modules make those technologys which are unable to realize in the past come true. Those new chips and new technologys are affecting the develop deirction of the embedded weighing system in the future.Firstly it introduces the situation of development and the research in this thesis. Secondly it shows the parts of this system, the software develop environment, the scheme for the software design, and gives the major software flow charts. Thirdly it introduces arithmetic for dynamic weighing which is base on the functional link artifical neural network (FLANN) theory, and do some simulation for it. Fourth it introduces the remote monitor technology for our terminal which is controlled through the Ethernet way. Fifth it introduces the In Application Programme technology which is applied in the 8051F126 platform.In the end, the summarization about what has learned and arisen problems are given. And it points the places need to improve in the future.
