The secure accessing problem of the Intranet web database has become the problem, which many company focusing on. The relative merits of the proxy technique have first been analyzed by this thesis. Based on it, the resolution of the Intranet web database accessed securely has been proposed-WEB secure proxy system. And the merits of the WEB secure proxy system have also been discussed.Secondly, based on the cryptography theory, two-encryption algorithm, which include in chaos encryption and DOP clipper encryption have been designed in the thesis. The security of them has also been discussed. And they have all been applied to the WEB proxy system for establishing the secure communication channel. Then, two authentication protocols have been researched which are the onetime password system and the centralized Kerberos protocol based on the Public-Key algorithm. And their security and validity of communication have been discussed. They have all been applied to the WEB proxy system.Finally, this thesis has discussed how to design and implement the WEB secure proxy system.Applying WEB secure proxy system can enhance the security of the Intranet database and decrease the expense of reconstruction of the Intranet.
