The Urban Network Planning Based On AGA

The urban network optimization is relative to the run of urban network in economic, rational and safe condition. This paper first expounds mathematics models of distribution network structure optimal planning, brings forward an adaptive genetic algorithm based on classic genetic algorithm. Improved GA modifies crossover and mutation strategy of Simple Genetic Algorithm ( SGA ), and restrain premature convergence in a certain extent.While resolving the network structure optimization,the new algorithm executes three genetic operators:selection,crossing and mutating.It makes a sele-adaptable and probability overall searching under the leading of fitness value in the whole searching scale until acquiring the best result. Finally,designs program using Visual C++ development platform in distribution network structure optimal planning,the improve adaptive genetic algorithm has been applied to grid frame optimization in the power grid planning of Ji-Nan City and good results obtained.
