Currently mobile commerce is the development of rapid, but graphics of mobile commerce applications are facing a problem. The mobile phone market with the support of J2ME more common, but the network transmission capacity is weak, even if the 3G will improve network speed, the mobile phone users also need to update a longer process.As mobile commerce face graphics and the speed of transmission problems, so the research based on J2ME and SVG vector graphics, SVG graphics will be transformed into a special data format, through the generation and analysis of special data format to reduce network transmission of data. At the same time optimize the processing of the data to solve the problem of display.The component is a part of a system of business that can be achieved mobile graphics. The graphical application is part of a system of mobile commerce, so I hope that the demand can develop a wide range of application components, including server and mobile terminals in two parts, so programmers can be in the components on the basis of simple parameter settings to meet a variety of business needs. Now list the research contents of this thesis: 1. Paper introduced the concept of mobile commerce, the current situation of the Mobile Commerce, the development prospect of the Mobile Commerce and mobile commerce face difficulties. So we can determine the significance of the research.2. Paper introduced the mobile application technology. Provide a theoretical basis of the description for the next two chapters: system design and implementation.3. Paper is to develop a multi-functional components using svg as the center, using C/S structure, respectively J2ME and Servlet technology, provide multiple database connections, in this paper, the components of the demand for a detailed exposition, description of the logic of the system.4. On the server side, the paper given a detailed solution to how to apply to multi-database, how to reduce network transmission of data, How to deal with different sizes of screen coordinates data, how data from the definition. On the mobile side, the paper given a detailed solution to the terminal show how SVG vector graphics, how to store data, and how to manipulate vector graphics.
