As the high performance flat panel X-ray detector appeared in recent years, X-ray digital imaging and tomography are facing much higher requirement. In this paper, Systematically Researched 2D—CT and 3D—CT based on flat panel detector, The main contents include:1. The reconstruction algorithm of the fan beam filtered back projection is discussed, for designing of filers, quotes three kinds of filters, they are Hamming filter,low-pass Cosine filter and Blackman filter. Each have their own characteristics. The reconstruction image have characteristics of smoothing and sharpening with them at the course of reconstruction. The reconstruction speed has been greatly improved after optimizing algorithm.2. The 3D-CT of cone beam is discussed, for 3D-CT, mainly researches FDK algorithm, on the basis of the pretreatment to the actual projection data, using this method, the slice images of the entire object is reconstructed, and then the slice images are processed by a new image segmentation, the effect of construction is very good.
