This article applied to the data mining technology in the personnel evaluation. When the human Resources Management plays more important in the company, the personnel evaluation as a human resources management expertise also are attracting increasing attention. For enterprise talent recruitment, selection as well as calls ,the personnel evaluation as an integrated system of election ,based on psychology,management,behavioral science disciplines and computer technology had played an important role, guaranteed human resources management in a scientific and effective way.Through personnel evaluation of the current situation at home and abroad , we understand that now most of personnel evaluation enterprises in a single expert assessment above, too much subjectivity and some talent evaluation methods only in a simple linear weighted method, this method can not be talent evaluation of the qualitative aspects of the complete solution. So this paper uses data mining technology for talent evaluation of a number of personnel issues such as performance appraisal, personnel selection and classification study, and improves the algorithm in the past some immature place.Data mining technology is the combining technology of database and artificial intelligence , which resolved the problem of the lack of useful information with a lot of data in the development of information technology and completed conversion from the business data to information for decision-making .Data mining technology from some of the large human resources in the database to find hidden in the information to help decision-makers find potential link between data, which found that the composition of internal talent, talent evaluation can be effectively carried out.In this paper, the research background and the development of domestic and international status are introduced first. Then the personnel evaluation and Data mining technology are introduced respectively. On this basis, the paper gives the introduction of data mining algorithms based on the personnel evaluation, such as personnel assessment system construction,weight determination and quantification,personnel selection and classification,appraisal performance groups, as well as the quality of talent. Finally the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm are analyzed.
