| Under the direction of macroscopic design principle and state design theory of the Stored Testing and Measuring System (STMS), a telemetry data record system for the measurement of certain missile is designed in this paper. This system mainly completes the measurement of several routes of dynamic parameter during the cause of launch and flight of the missile; it can sample the parameter and memorize them, then code them. It can hold the data information for a long time, which will be used to read after reclaim.This paper introduces the system constitute principle and testing function as a whole. It realizes the logic of whole system's control by making use of FPGA, which has improved the system flexibility, dependability and integrated level. It takes Flash Memory as the storage medium, which not only reduces the size of the system and extends data retention time but also further enhances the reliability of the system. The Flash memory has a storage capacity of 128MB and can record multi-channel analog signals in the entire flight process of the missile. This paper expatiates in detail the key technology and hardware constitution from three aspects of the sampling and coding unit, memorizing unit and testing flat on the ground, the time sequence of primary segment is discussed minutely. The important segment of the system– design of long line transmitting unit is introduced in detail, and combining debugging situation, it gives a detailed expound to the anti-interference of the unit. The mechanical configuration of system is designed based on configuration compatibility. The collector uses a"stack"structure to facilitate the further system function expansion; the storage device uses a "nested" structure and a reasonable buffer which is designed to ensure the final reclaim.The data record system has been used in the measurement of launch and flight of certain missile. Through the final result, it can be concluded that the system is accord to the performance of the task. |
