Network technology has been developing quickly, which promotes the development of worldwide electronic commence , people focus more on the networks security then。PKI is the basis of solving networks security and building network based on trust, the security of PKI system based on X.509 certificate is mainly depended on CA which may produce problems: the bottlenecks of performance, failure of single-point and access control; PKI trust model is not suitable for distributed system without central system , trust management and access control will be a hotspot among distributed entities。According to the characteristics of distributed networks without central controlling, the entities are dynamic,independent,cooperative and without TTP。we propose an idea to build DVPKI (Distributed Virtual Public Key Infrastructure) framework based on trust。Trust relationship is the basis of transaction, so trust management is very important to distributed networks, we made much research to solve the above problem.1) Based on PKI and PGP framework model and the characteristics of distributed system, we propose the DVPKI framework and the main modules of the system2) To solve entities' trust problem in distributed system, we design mathematic trust model based on trust.3) To evaluate entities' trust relationship, we build up the definition of trust and the mechanism of evaluation to manage trust.4) To apply DVPKI model as the target, we design and implement encrypted SMS system based on public key , which solves trust problem without central controlling.
