As the Medical image segmentation technology development, the correlation algorithm is a wide range of endless, but still unable to fully meet the actual needs of the people. Include: not fully using a simple mathematical model to describe people that face the practical problems of the different images of nature; lead to degradation of image and the nature of different people about the division of the same results are expected incompatible goals. All these decisions were hard to achieve a common segmentation method. Therefore, in view of the characteristics of medical images, medical research more effective method of image segmentation is of vital importance.This paper is the realization of the human body special organization -lung CT image segmentation algorithm research. Main purpose is to achieve the segmentation algorithm. According to the latest CT technology, we can get the lung CT image which is clear enough, if we set 5mA as the value of current of the scanning conditions, when there is no harm to human body. This method can be used to remove the background image in the chest and in the trachea of interference, the right to separate from the lung parenchyma, and to ensure mutual lungs about separation of final adoption of the wavelet transform precise segmentation method of search and lung tissues. In this paper, the method is simple, easy to implement, and the division very quickly, to a CT image sequence for each image were used threshold, based on wavelet transform morphology and the method of combining, fully automated and accurate segmentation image sequence Each image in the frame of regional and lung lesions removed them.
