With the increasingly urgent demand to the trusted computing, the internet, finance, telecommunications, radio and television, and many other rich applications also require trustable security computing environments. In fact, many of these terms are in a non-trustable environment, or that the Trusted Computing Platform's maturity is not enough to support those rich and varied applications, it is an increasingly serious problem.In this paper, based on the Research of Trusted Computing Platform and Measurement theory, first proposed the Trusted Computing Platform metric attributes, metric sub-attributes, and metric indicators; second, find out the general software and hardware architecture of Trust (Security) Computing Platform; finally, apply formal approach to the trustable platform metric.In this paper, adopt the following methods: first: Theory extending; second: abstract analysis; third: formalized analysis methods; fourth: integrated analysis; innovate and drew the following results; first, Trusted Computing Platform identified by the eight metric attributes or sub-attributes; second, identify the Trusted Computing Platform by eight metric indicators; third, apply the formalized proof method to express the metric of Trusted Computing Platform.
