Research And Empolder Car Control Systerm Based On License Plate Recognition

In this dissertation, computer vision was be used as a important measure,and at the same time, adopting other measures include digital image processing, artificial neural network to research the technology of license plate actualize recogise.And introduce the characteristic of car manage systerm which was applicated in campus and base on plate recogise technology. finally empolder a car manage systerm aim at specifically field.The thesis is mainly concerned about:First collect car license plate image, and then process the primitive image through stretching the gray and median filtering.The method of Ostu is to get the threshold value. Orientating the plate through it texture characters after that unitary the image ,big space and image uprightness projection are used to devide the characters. Using statistic method to distill the character of the plate and recognise them by BP artificial neural network. .Finally empolder date base and car manage systerm for certain condition.through ADO technique to connect them, Let car management function come true.In this dissertation it use programme of Matlab and VB to achieve the arithmetics which is based on the theorys, and then compose the software flat roof of recognize and management. This systerm can Orientating devide recognize the image well base on test date .this research provide a new application field for license plate actualize recogise systerm. It also has important significance for improving the application of computer vision technology, artificial neural network and expert system in real field.
