"Eyes on"was showed for the first time on the first of May, 2003. It is one of the daytime programs in CCTV News Channel. This program is mixed with journalistic organ, narrative, thematic and commonweal. Society life is its news source, as a result, the main aspect of the program is human interest story and concerns on the condition of vulnerable groups particularly. At the same time the program initiates activities for public interest, which make program rating higher and fame better. This program had a changed process. The content was inclined to investigative report and expose report at first, but the style of program changed to positive report after half and a year, and nonprofit becomes its vivid characteristics now. And it uses the way of empirical analysis, combine some relevant information to analysis on"Eyes On", which from different angles including the report content, program position , brand feature, and the process of the change of style and so on, and expect to offer a useful reference on research of single TV program on the basis of this paper .
