Vacuum Directional Solidification Cast Furnance is the equipment which completes special technics process that used for particular material.. Because the equipment aims at special technical process, the equipment was operated by worker all the times that the productive efficiency was very low. To improve the sitituaton, reconstructing the equipment is necessary. The aim is that the equipment can auto-run the proress and the operator change or watch over only.Through researched product technics, the paper put forward some new methods to control it. First, for the need to control coupled heater of furnance, the paper puts forward a temperature control method for it based on diagonal recurrent neural network on-line identification. And combined with single neuron PID controller, this method can adjust coupled PID's parameters automatically. And this paper designed and analysis the method,then simulate the modul. Second, this paper implemented the method in computer which replce SCM and manual. It is that the computer calculate the complex formula which belong to advance control method, then the PLC take over the results. And build the system structure for this methods.Third, combine with the method mentioned,this paper implemented the humen-machine-interface in advance ways..On the other hand, this paper implemented to communicate PC with PLC use DF1 protocal,and PC with data gathering board used for giving PC the thermocouple's data Which used to identificate the model of heater.
