Nonlinear systems is a real common phenomenon.Some of the system itself is due to the inherent characteristics generated (such as the magnetic circuit nonlinear saturation) .Some are the result of the nonlinear relationship between the system variable.Therefore, nonlinear systems is a general system. And the electro-hydraulic servo system is a typical example of nonlinear systems.For nonlinear problems, and people tried to use the feedback method to transform nonlinear systems for linear systems, Then in accordance with the theory of linear systems complete integrated system design, Inverse system approach come from here.This article applied inverse system method to the electro-hydraulic servo system, seek the inverse of the system,obtained the state equation of inverse system,placed the inverse system before the original system, constituted a pseudo-linear system, And has designed the controller of the pseudo-linear system, studied the parameters of the system in response to the reaction speed at length. As experimental equipment has not speed and acceleration sensors.The paper also designed a system of linear state observer, observing the velocity and acceleration. Thus realizing the system charged with the large-scale linear, improved the dynamic characteristics and the steady-state behavior.Experimental results show that: the inverse system control method of electro-hydraulic servo system does good at the fast tracking a given signal. The response time is very short, and the overshoot is small. And it has the ability to conduct discretionary pole configuration to be desired system performance.
