Ultrashort laser pulses include picosecond ultrashort pulse, femtosecond ultrashort pulse and attosecond ultrashort pulse. The ultrashort laser pulse technology is applied in most areas around us. Ultrashort laser pulse is widely used in physics, chemic, biology, telemetry, microcosmic exploration and generation of high temperature plasma, etc. Moreover, the ultrashort laser pulse technology is a very good method for researching both ultrafast phenomenon and dynamics process. However, as the basic and precondition for applying ultrashort laser pulse technology, developing accurate measurement technology of ultrashort laser pulse is helpful to develop and apply ultrashort laser pulse and to research the physical mechanism of ultrashort laser pulse.When measure ultrashort laser pulse by autocorrelation in experiment, the curves of autocorrelation with distortion is got because of the energy, form, ratio and delay time between two laser. The distortion would make us can't get the true FWHM of ultrashort laser pulse, and then exert an influence on the application of ultrashort laser pulse.In this paper, the method in both theory and experiment is used to research on the property of autocorrelation of femtosecond fiber laser. In experiment, the curves of autocorrelation with distortion are got from different optical attenuation. A numerical method is used to analyze the shape, energy, linear chirps and ratio of laser purse which would bring distortion.The results in the paper are very useful for designing instrument, improving experiment, getting true FWHM of femtosecond ultrashort pulse in the future.
