Nowadays, the society has proceeded into computer times, many jobs which were doing by human now are done by computer, while hospital information system is one of the outcomes which stand for the computer era.In hospital, nurses are using case history note made by paper, which can not be used in different hospital, is a large waste of money. Meanwhile, the patients are taken X-ray photos by doctor every day, if the photos are made by film, then it is not easy to store them, and also, it will cost the patients a lot.Hospital information system can be the question answer, which can store the patient information and image data in a computer instead of paper and film. So it saves the hospital a lot of money for the cost of case history note or X-ray film, and of course, the patient will pay a little for this. Hospital information system can manage the files of case history note easier, and the assistant diagnose system inside the hospital information system will help the doctor to lower the probability of wrong diagnoses to the least.3-dimension reconstruction of medical images is also a very hot topic in medical research area. Making a 3-dimension picture by using 2D slice images can let the doctor to diagnose the part of illness more directly, which can also help the doctor to make some emulation experiments before operation. Nevertheless, the images which are used for the 3-dimension reconstruction is too huge, only the workstation can reconstruct them in real-time, normal personal computer can not reconstruct them or shall wait for a long time. So this question makes the doctor not satisfied for the assistant diagnose when it comes to the 3-dimension reconstruction in real-time.The main purpose of the paper is to synthesize the two questions mentioned above, and carry out the doctor workstation part of Hospital Information System. And the paper tries to put the questiones of login, downloading images and image processing together.The main way of the paper is to establish an emulation platform of hospital information system using MyEclipse. First of all, the patient and doctor login system is added, and inside system, there is a form validation function and an action to execute. The patients' information database is stored in Oracle, and can be easily accessed by doctors using Tomcat as a container. Second, the procedure of uploading the DICOM files from client to server and then from server to database, downloading from database to server and then from server to client is introduced in detail. At last, a 3- dimension reconstruction function is added into the assistant diagnose system, which can help the doctor to reconstruct the patient images downloaded from the patient information system.The result and meaning of the paper is to find out how the Hospital Information System works and to solve the problem of downloading from server as a client, and the paper also has promoted an improving of Marching Cube algorithm, which can make the result of 3-dimension reconstruction in real-time.
