Network Design And Realization Of News Center, Shandong TV Station

In recent years, with the fast development of digital technology, internet technology and software technology, the medial is developing at an unprecedented rate. Many new technologies such as the digital video, nonliner editing system, digital studio system, Digital OB Vehicle, Digital Broadcasting System, Multi media Manufacture System are extensively adopted .Shandong TV Station News Center Network System is an important part of digital technology renovations, making it a comprehensive integrated services network system for satellite program receiving, manuscript editing as well as news program editing and production, broadcasting and storage.This article is to introduce the network design plan starting with achieving goals of News Center Network construction. It mainly analyses the storage system and media resource system.The article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter analyses the requirements and goals of News Network construction. It also makes a comprehensive introduction of the general information of News Network construction.The second chapter makes an emphasis on design scheme for the News Network construction. It divides the whole system into many subsystems and makes analyses and design to characteristic and procedure of each subsystemThe third chapter analyses in a great detail the structure of network storage subsystem. It also establishes a double network system combined Storage Area Network with Network Attached Storage.The fourth chapter mainly analyses the work procedure of media resource subsystem and also design a media resource system suit for news production of Shandong TV Station.The fifth chapter conducts extensive testing with the aim to ensure the news network can perform safely and effectively.
