Personnel Management System Based On B/S Structure

This paper shows how to develop a safe and practical system of the personnel management for schools and municipal departments of education and management of day-to-day work of the personnel management, the system could free personnel from heavy manual and trivial labor and make them put the main energy into teaching. At the same time, it could make management of all levels of education information standardize and efficient. And it also could minimize the work of gathering the data, while ensuring security.In this paper, firstly, it analyses the necessity and feasibility of this system development, and using B / S structure as the basis for system architecture to meet factors : geographically dispersed, different kind of communications media. Then it discusses the implementation of security technologies, the establishment of the background database and the development of front-end applications. (1)It discusses the B / S structure's security technology, which ensures system security through the implementation of security measures and encryption , in terms of network, mainframe systems and application software respectively; (2) This system uses SQL Server database management system. The establishment of the database consists of databases demand analysis, database design, ADO.NET database technology and the realization of the process.; (3) Front-end applications, including system requirements analysis, system design and system modules of the program, is to achieve the main functions of the module function and effect. Finally, it tests the system from the user interface, functionality, performance and safety.
