Optical Coherence Tomography is a new tomography imaging method. OCT is mainly used in medical area and called as"optical biopsy". OCT bases on low coherence interference and confocal microscopy technique. Its axial resolution is up to 1-15μm and is 1-2 order higher than tranditonal ultrasound imaging. At the mean time, its features of no-touch and fiber based make it outstanding in many medical imaging methods. So it has broad clinical and research foreground.Time Domain OCT (TDOCT) gets the image of inner sample's structure by axial scanning in reference arm which limits imaging speed. Frequnce Domain OCT (FDOCT)avoids axial scan to get imaging, so it can get higher imaging speed than TDOCT. In conclusion, FDOCT makes real time imaging come true.This paper selects Spectral OCT which has simple strcture and good imaging. Endoscopic OCT(EOCT) which combines Spectral OCT with electronic endoscopy is designed. This system aims at realizing true detection of early pathological changes in stomach and intestines. A new design of probe which can prolong device life is presented. Based on deeply understanding of Spectral OCT's principle, the key parameters which influence the image quality are analyzed. Optical devices are seleted according to principles. Spatial system and fiber system are built. Experimental system is verified by many experiments and important conlusions are made. Custom software is designed and completed with VC++.
