Railcars are the the main transport equipment for railway construction,railway line construction,equipment repair,repair and inspection works.With the development by leaps and bounds,in order to meet high-speed railway development and to ensure railway transport safety,the Ministry of Railways has made new demands on the back of railway operations-Construction of the railway sector.The various types of vehicles which charged with the maintenance of railway track run on-line more frequently,which makes a higher demand for the majority of the railway railcar drivers.Railcars' security operation and control has become a railway to be resolved in one of the topics of the safety production.The current track car traffic safety equipment also can not fully achieve the safety operation of rail cars need.it is necessary to conduct further study and solve these problems.CAN(Controller Area Network)is one of the worldly most widely used fieldbus. Because of its high-performance,high reliability and individual design,people pay more and more attention to CAN.CAN bus's data communications has outstanding reliability,immediateness and flexibility.We can greatly improve the safety performance of the rail cars and improve the reliability of its operation when CAN bus technology used in the safety of the rail cars' control system.Based on the above analysis,the major research papers as follows:1.Analysis rail cars' current using and circulation performance,we are to bring up the track of the safe operation of vehicle control system based on CAN bus.2.For the existing traffic regulations on the safe operation of rail cars,we analysis what kind of hidden dangers exist on the provisions of these regulations; study drivers and attendants who are often the misuse in actual operation;study of traffic accidents often occur in the control and security the factor.On this basis,the proposed control system to be taken by the programme.3.Research CAN bus characteristics,design CAN control system,decide the distribution and layout nodes of the car's CAN bus.4.Design the node's hardware circuit and the CAN's communication program.
