Traditional electrician and electronics experiment education has a lot of disadvantages in college education, such as, lack of experiment resource, great investment, low efficiency, and existing risk during experiment process, etc. With the rapid development of multimedia and network technology, it is possible to achieve experiment education by network and virtual experiment environment. Researching on network virtual electrician and electronics experiment could not only extend the experiment in time and space domain, but also resolve the problem like fund deficiency and experiment safety. This paper discussed the basic functions and requirement of electrician and electron experiment lab firstly. By comparing different technology scheme, a network virtual electrician and electronics lab—ESpice was proposed. Based on the C/ B/S structure and ESpice labview technology. In the server side, Labview technology was applied, and ESpice software was utilized as background analysis tools for client request. In the client side, by using Java Applet technology, user could build circuits, set parameters, make simulation, save and load experiment environment, and compare and analyze experiment circuit design. The experiment operation process is easy and convenient. Not only basic virtual apparatus like resistance, capacitance, inductance, transistor, voltage source, current source, but also complex electron apparatus such as current meter, voltage meter, MOS FET and Integration Operation Amplifier are introduced to accomplish related circuit design and simulation with good interactive and expansible. At last, the disadvantages and deficiency of network virtual lab were discussed and further design plan and ESpice application in the future was proposed.
