Based on molecular dynamics alignment process and ionization process, The dynamic model and quantum dynamics model of molecular ionization and alignment in intense light field are established. Based upon these models, we also carry on the numerical simulation and emulation on the basis of laser pulses with different parameter acting on alignment ionization process of different types of molecules, and study the interaction between molecular alignment mechanism and molecular ionization mechanism through the analysis and discussion of numerical simulation results. Moreover, it defines various laser parameters and molecular parameters' act on alignment ionization process and explores what kind of roles played respectively by dynamics alignment mechanism and geometry alignment mechanism on anisotropism of fragment ions distribution in the process of molecular alignment and ionization dynamics.
