This Subject from a preliminary research project "X radar's multi-target tracking and identification technology research", the sub-topic is "X radar's space target recognition". To make full use of X multi-target tracking radar, the view of the missile's multi-target flight characteristics, based on the X radar hardware platform, researching the radar multi-target tracking methods and useing multi-dimensional radar measurement information and other districts of measuring equipment supplementary information for target identification. Implementation of the project, not only X radar can give full play to the advantages of multi-target tracking to ensure that the airspace over the missile real objective measurement of the effectiveness, and better completed evaluation of the missile's penetrative performance, otherwise, this research also has very important significance for improving the measure efficiency of the firing range.This paper is based on modern signal processing and fuzzy math, analyzed the RCS radar measured data using Fourier transform, Meillin transform and Mahalanobis distance transform, and sorted the characteristics using fuzzy Mathematical methods. It has got good results. This method provided a basis for the measurement data processing, spatial target analysis and the establishment of radar RCS feature database.
