Ant Colony Optimization With The Characteristic Of Social Work Division And Application In Thermal Process Control System

In order to solve the continuous space optimization problems, an ant colony Optimization with the characteristic of social work division is presented. According to the characteristic of social work division and cooperation, the colony is divided into work team and promotion team. The function and the work process of the promotion team ant colony are explained in detail.The decimal coding rule of the variables in continuous space is introduced. The paper presents six behaviors of artificial ant and the three-dimensional coordinate pheromone system. Computer simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm has the capability of escaping from the local optimal solution, and obtains the global optimal solution rapidly.Finally, this optimization is applied into the problems of parameters optimization and model identification based on thermal process.
