With the development of the coal-burning system, combustion efficiency and environmental pollution of the power plant has become resent research hotspots. Base on optimizing the coal-boiling system, this paper mainly researches the model of boiling system using the artificial neural network. With the foundation of RBF net, this paper analyzes radial basis function algorithm and gives the radial basis function network choosing method. And the paper also presents the algorithm of the fuzzy neural network. Meanwhile it shows the result of fuzzy model. In the other hand, genetic optimization algorithm was used in this paper to improve the ANN algorithms. Support vector machine was also proved to be one of the new methods to study the complex system. In the end, the paper brings forward the betterment on arithmetic of increment studying to the application of support vector machine, and this optimizes the efficiency of support vector machine networking.
