Photogrammetry is a sub discipline of survey science, one of its important tasks is to use CCD image to get the precise measurement. Nowadays, Photogrammetry has achieved a digital photogrammetry era. Using computer vision to replace human vision become more and more common. So, it is no doubt that there are more connections between photogrammetry and computer vision than ever before. Computer vision is a technique of using computer to simulate real vision, which is a new and fast-develop fields. The advantages of computer vision are to make the production more flexibly and automatically.In recent years, computer vision has a great development, especially in some hi-tech fields, but using computer vision in survey field to get precise measurement is rare. In many fields such as semiconductor, electric made, industrial robot, automobile accessory produced system, printing, iron and steel industry, spin field, the application of computer vision has broad foreground. It is predictable that the demands of precise measurement with computer vision will increase sharply in our country.In this paper, how to measure the 2D or 3D size of the accessory using the digital image operation and strict theory of photogrammetry is researched; an ease-use and precise measurement system is developed. The method mentioned in this paper has magnetic meaning both in photogrammetry and computer vision. The conclusion is good prospect of application extension.
