Along with a new round of solar active years are increasingly closing , solar radio bursts will be given more and more attention. It becomes a focal problem that the study of the effects on ionosphere and earth form solar activities. The purpose of this thesis is to process the data form parabolic antenna and to set up solar radio flux database which can offer some gist for ionosphere forecast.The main works of author include that a) Using astronomical calendar to calculate special moment's azimuth and elevation of the sun .so the parabolic antenna can track the sun at special frequencies .b) Confirm the basic criterion of the solar frequency spectrum system, and realizing the software and hardware of the system. c) Design the solar radio data taking channel and building the controlling network. d) Original spectrum will be firstly processed to clean grids .lastly ,cleaned dynamic spectrum of solar radio burst can be got by means of wavelet transform.The results of this thesis can apply in the anterior and posterior work of telescope system.
