Speckle interferometry method is a modern optical measurement technology, With the traditional measurement of resistance strain gages, moire measurement method, it is non-contact, anti-Miscellaneous-interference, high precision, surface without merit special treatment, was widely used in optical rough surface deformation measurements and nondestructive testing.
