Research On Multi-channels Automated Test System For Electrical Interface Matching Device

Automated test system (ATS) is the one that can carry out measurement, data processingautomatically,and display or output test results in appropriate way under less humanparticipation.Matching device is the key component applied to signal conversion of remote systemduring missile developed, it is fauces on missile that is delivered to remote measuring system.The paper introduces a kind of new-style automated test system that contraposed matchingdevice.Based on introducing the structure and principal of matching device, the thesis analysesall capacity index for measuring methods detailedly. After that, it puts forward to total designscheme, including 256 signal input model, 152 collection model, on-off input & output modeland control unit model, then narrates design methods of the key circuit of measuring systemand problems when debugging, analyses and summarizes multi-factors affecting systemprecision such as noises, static error of amp, circuit control system, converter and groundroute descending, and provides relevant methods during design on ATS. Finally, the thesisprovides all kinds of measuring results for matching device and analyses them detailedly.The matching device designed in this thesis has the characteristics of multi-channels,high measuring precision, automation and intelligent level.
