The large amount of nodes, wider distribution, great collection data and complex relationship one another are the characteristic of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). The localization and tracking of moveable nodes need to exchange a mount of data, so that the problems of the low efficiency in the process of data querying are highlighted. The performance of the system is influenced by localization algorithm.This paper focuses on superstratum data management and the application of localization in target localization of WSN, completed the exploitation of superstratum monitor platform. As complex and low query efficiency of WSN data, a method using hash table to process the data in the localization and tracking is proposed. The construction of hash table and querying method are presented. The results of experimentation show that it improved the query efficiency. A LDV-hop algorithm is designed based on localization algorithm theory and system platform. The precision and time in the localization tracking is satisfied and carried out in the monitor platform. It improved efficiency of localization and tracking.The WSN double layers is realized based on the multithread, modularization and network socket technology. The monitor platform is constructed with RS232. The high efficiency query requirement of multi-users is satisfied with real time analyzing and processing of mounts of monitor data in network and display of network performance, nodes states and target status in monitor and control area. The simplexes' of the system design is increased and maintenance is easier. The data processing is predigested, the exploitation cycle of the wireless sensor networks application is shortened, the network monitor celerity and real-time are implemented by the monitor platform.
