A new security technology for memory element is presented in this paper. It is well known that, memory element is highly sensitive, and when it falls into the ground, maybe the datas saved in the memory element will be wrong or lost. Acceleration sensor has the function to be aware of the change of the acceleration, so we can make decision that the memory element is in danger and the application using the element should be closed immediately.In this paper, I designed a new kind of acceleration sensor which uses hot gas to induce acceleration. Due to its structure inside, there's no accident just like conglutination and concussion. However there're still some disadvantages existing. So I designed the methods of how to improve the frequency answer and how to avoid the temperature influence. In the end, I make emulators to show the result of hardware's design. Besides, I designed the arithmetic to judge the possibility of danger and the software of realizing the protection.
