Analysis And Design Of Title Management System Based On B/S Model

With the fast development of information technology, which had been applied into many fields, such as daily office, human resource administration, etc. As the work of title management of Chinese character, in order to fasten the pace of scientific administration of professional technicians, it is very significant to apply the information technology into title management in the field of official informationization.This article originates from the research and exploitation of title management in Yunnan province, and tells something about the flow of title management, such as declaration of title, examination of title materials, assessing, file management and statistics etc. It is very hard to manage the title, because it involves many fields and policies, especially assessing of title, which involves many declaration materials, repetition. In order to meet the needs of title management in practice, the article focuses on the flow of analysis and design on assessing of title.This article researches the treatment course of title, and mainly describes how to design comparatively flexible and stable title management system to meet the needs of title management. This article never describes the details of how to set up this system, but focuses on how to apply Object-Oriented design theory to simplify the system designing and development.This article describes following parts:1. This system adapted Rational Rose tools and used the method of Object-Oriented analysis and design to analyze, model, design the title management information system.2. The flow of traditional title assessing was optimized to make for analysis of use case, and this article described analytic result in UML.3. Having designed the course of solving the assessing of title in title management system.With the wide application and improvement of title management system, many new technologies can be used in title management system such as on line declaration bulletin and consultation, which will make the human resource administration enter a new era.
