As China's rapid development of the market economy, intensifying competition among enterprises and the promotion of information-based society, the use of information system to manage business operations has become an essential method of survival and competition, for each company. At present, how to build a safe and reliable MIS system and how to deliver a high quality system to customers with lower cost on schedule has become one of the hot discussions.This paper based on an information management system for a hotel successful delivery case, given a set of integrated Struts, Spring, Hibernate and Acegi lightweight enterprise applications technology information system solutions. This article discusses in detail, how to use the project management theory to manage the time and schedule in actual work; how to use the best practices of software configuration management (SCM) to improve the quality of software systems and how to use CVS, Eclipse, JIRA and Project Professional, these maturity software development and project management tools, to manage and optimize the work environment.
