It' s a certainly trend that embedded system connects the Internet.But along with the scale broaden of Internet, especially because the embedded system joins in the Internet, IPv4 doesn't fit in with the needs of development at present. Many countries in world study IPv6 now.IPv6 adopts infinite address,structure rote table,convenient network management and adds the supports of security,quality of service,mobile. Ipv6 doesn't only support the universal computer series,but also support the embedded systems.Linux is a good open-source software,and it supported Ipv6 since the core of 2.4 version.But the integrative core isn't adept in real-time appliance,uC/OS is a very tidy operating system,which specializes in real-time.LwIP doesn't support Ipv6 although it is a good open-source protocol stack.This paper designed a IPv6 stack suitbale for 16/32 embedded system in control realm.This paper modified the LwIP according to the principles of IPv6 and the requirements of embedded system.Firstly we analyzed the source code of LwIP,then modified the codes of IP,ICMP,TCP,UDP,specially designed and implemented the Neighbor Asking Protocol and Neighbor Applying Protocol.Secondly we ported the LwIPv6 to uC/OS-â…¡and S3C4510B simulated by Skyeye.Finally we tested the communist ability of the LwIPv6 protocols.
