With dramatic development of Information Technology and Semi-conductor, cheaper, smaller size devices with capabilities of computing and sensing has brought up, which are employed in kinds of environments, then formed new type of networks---Wireless Sensor Network(WSN). It is a novel computing mode, and hotspot after Internet that makes impacts on the world in 21st century. Since it fuses logical information world with physical kingdom and will change the way of interaction between human and nature.The application of WSN has expanded from military field to many civil areas, such as environmental monitoring, financial agriculture, chemistry, person location and etc. The challenge is how to transmit large amount of data emitted by WSN in area, however, case in point data fusion technology is just for it, which focuses on reducing redundant data and transmission, as a result, prolonging the life time of WSN. It has become most important subject in WSN researching.A new data fusion technology is proposed in this thesis, whose idea is that: a node that can move freely in WSN is called mobile node, with moving continuously in monitoring field, it can collect environmental parameters, and then transmit them to base station (sink node) directly. In respect to above idea, following works are done :(1) Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) is introduced into measuring distance between sensor nodes, and FIS model for RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator) measuring distances is developed.(2) Many ameliorations in existed physical and MAC network protocols are done in terms of dynamic location, so that energy cost in WSN is reduced.(3) A target tracking system based on dynamic location is constructed, in which system background manger program can show user not only the position and condition where the mobile node and by friendly GUI, but routing path of data packet transmitted in WSN.
