Research And Realization Of Technology Decision System Based On Rough Set Theory

Suzhou Industrial Park is an important collaboration project between China and Singapore, its object is to construct Suzhou Industrial Park to become the international competitiveness high-tech industrial park and modern, gardens, internationalization new city. The Park has successively built eight state-level industry bases, namely the Software Industry Base of the Torch Program, Auto Parts Industry Base of the Torch Program, National Electronic Information Industry Base, National Integrated Circuit Industry Park, National Cartoon & Animation Industry Base and China Software Export Pilot Project - Europe/US Market, China Service Model base, and the state of nanotechnology International Innovation Park, forming the high-tech industry clusters with the characteristics of IC, optoelectronics, software, animation, automotive and aviation parts. There are about 550 kinds of science and technology projects, 460 million yuan about national, provincial and municipal scientific and technological appropriate founds, and almost 380 million yuan about three items of funds in Suzhou Industrial Park.Now the main problems faced by Technology Development Council are how to find outstanding enterprises in the technology, and how to evaluate the project itself and make the decision. Rough set theory has the characters of effectively dealt with the imprecise and imcomplete data, identify implied relationship between two or more categories of data. So based on the analysis of the problems and causes in the science and technology project and management, this paper designs the technology project assessment and decision support system based on rough set theory, gives the example to the domestic high-tech zone about how to construct an effiective technology assessment and decision support system.
