Research On Symplectic Group Classifier In Lie Group Machine Learning

Machine Learning is an eternal subject of artificial intelligence, during recent years, more and more researchers have been applied the mathematical methods to the field of machine learning, this have been created new methods for the research of machine learning. From the beginning of the proposed, Lie group machine learning has been caused the special concerning by others researchers. This paper is based on the Lie group machine learning, it introduces the design of classifier of the symplectic group in Lie group machine learning, which combines the definition of algebra model and the geometry model in Lie group machine learning with the construction process of the classifier, demonstrates the process of the symplectic group classifier in Lie group, then with the algorithms of the classifier in machine learning and gives the experiment of the classifier in the Lie group machine learning. The content of the paper is as follows:1. The basic conceptions of symplectic group, symplectic space and symplectic matrix are given.2. The models of Lie group machine learning are given, including the construction process of the classifier in Lie group machine learning.3. The design process of classifier symplectic group is given.4. According to the process of the face recognition, the method to simplified the sample of the symplectic group and the construction of the classifier are given.5. The system of the classification of dataset classified based on symplectic in Lie group machine learning is completed.6. Get the result of the classification by the experiments. Through the work of this paper, on one hand, the content of Lie group machine learning is enriched and the theoretical basis for the future research of Lie group machine learning is founded; on the other hand, the application of classifier in symplectic group is given according to the process of classifier in Lie group machine learning. Then algorithms of symplectic group are given, finally with the experiment of the dataset and face recognition, the effects of classifier of symplectic group are given.
