In summing up water purification and water integrated automation technology, hardware and software system design of water supervision and control system are introduced in detail.Hardware design system includes: pumping station control system, coagulation dosage control system, sedimentation tank control system, filter control system, chlorination control system, constant pressure water supply control systems, sewage treatment control systems and control center. To achieve the pump station unmanned duty, pumping station and control center communicate with GSM / SMS service. Software Design introduces PLC software design, the development of touch-screen interface and control center monitor configuration interface development. The supervision and control system is MPI network, a centralized management and decentralized control design principles is adopted, and improves system flexibility and performance of anti-jamming.Coagulation is one of the most important processes of water treatment.It can reduce the operating load of filtration and antisepsis equipments by adding coagulant dosing accurately,which is very important to improve water qualities and economic benefits.At present the dosing control of domestic factory is based on streaming current detector(SCD) feed-back control and based on mathematic model feed-forward coagulant dosing control.But the results of both coagulant control schemes are not satisfying.There are some questions of chemicals wastage and sediment output water qualities varieties.It is a pending problem how to calculate the efficient coagulant dosage according currently raw water qualities in water treatment industry.It takes more than 40 minutes to finish coagulant process which includes the projecting of chemicals,mixing,flocculating and subsiding.It is affected by many factors such as many characteristics of raw water quality,capacity of treating water and coagulant technics.Coagulant process is not only a complicity physical-chemical process of difficultly modeling but also a big time-delay,nonlinear and uncertain system.So it is difficult to control by traditional control approaches.The blooming artificial control provides a new way for coagulation control.For the coagulation process, in order to achieve the best dosage of its fuzzy modeling and control. Compare the grid method and fuzzy clustering method two methods, and use fuzzy neural network model to tune parameters, so the model is closer to the real system. In fuzzy clustering model, discusses different clustering numbers influence on accuracy of the modeling.
