The degrees of differential high and parallel are two important factors to influence the eligibility of bearing of the locomotive engine.Lots of factories use manual style testing now,whose efficiency is low.This way was easy to be influenced by environment and contrived factor.It is necessary to research and develop an automatic testing system of degree of differential of high and parallel to advance efficiency and precision of testing of the bearing.The automation testing system of differentia of high and parallel includes mechanical module,data testing module,error analysis module,control system module and expert system module.Hardware parts include eddy current sensor,PLC, normal RS-232 serial communication interface,PC,mechanism and so on.Use eddy current sensor to collect data of surface of axis tile;analyze the data using error theory;data through analyzing and disposing is directly accessed to data excel of Access data-base,system sets data control windows,make testing result to visual display;the test of differentia of high and parallel of axis tile is be making under action of load in addition,system uses orientation of column to assure mechanical orientation precision,use PLC to control SPWM signal to come true frequency conversion of engine;adopt normal RS-232 serial communication interface to assure reliability of communication between computer,PLC and expert system.Use Visual C++ to be development tool on the stage,develop database management program,data collection procedure,expert system of data-base accessing procedure.Synchronously system developed interface of human-computer, workers could look over circs of produce based on requirement,and forecast produce, and it has function of tailing axis tile at any time and amending feedback functions.The automation testing system of differentia of high and parallel uses non-contact measurement way to test the interface of axis tile,precision of testing can achieve 1μm,efficiency of testing is 40-50p/s,and it could meet requirements of testing system of production.
