Following the fast development of fiber-optic communication technologies, the fiber sensing technology has made great progress. As an important category of fiber optic sensor, based on the measurement of interference technology has been great concern, it's more accurate than other methods, because it uses the wavelength to work.In this thesis, by comparing the relatively popular angular displacement sensors on the market point of view sensors, further elaborating the advantages and disadvantages of various angular displacement sensors ,and using wave interference filter on the sensitivity of the design of a new fiber angular displacement sensors From the light source reported after the optical transmission, subject to certain under the influence of external factors, the spread of the direction of change, the use of optical interference filter, the center wavelength of light changes in the characteristics, according to a series of experiments and data analysis The basis for the choice of four degree angle assumed that the initial point of view, through analysis, selected the initial point of view. When measuring the angle of the object in the measurement range within the scope of changes, by comparing spectral interferometer shown in the center wavelength changes, we can timely detect the angle of the incident, which is the subject on the basic idea. Through the simulated conditions of the experiment, testing the accuracy of the sensors, but also of external factors on the impact of the measurement results.The main thesis of this work include:1. Brief introduction of various domestic and international perspective of the basic principles of sensors and use of range and accuracy2. Brief overview of optical sensing technology and the basic principles of classification3. Perspective on the new fiber optic sensor principle and the framework for analysis of the characteristics of interference filter, the focus of the incident angle and the relationship between the rate of transmission.4. Analysis interference filter impact of changes in the center wavelength factors and how to control these factors, to its impact on the approach of the lowest.5. Simulation experiments, the rational choice and design of the experimental plan.6. In the experiment, as far as possible access to large amounts of data, through the analysis of these data processing, select a suitable angle for the initial point of view, the perspective of the high precision measurement sensors, and the depletion of smaller light waves. Through experiments show that this point of the optical sensor, and can be implemented timely monitoring.
