It is an important content to simulate natural scenery in Computer Graphics.Along with the development of Computer Graphics technology,it is a hotspot to simulate natural scenery by using computer,so it is paied attention to by more researchers. It is comprehensive applied in computer-game,film,advertisement,entertainment,art-designing of computer, tour on net,figure-city,army-training and so on.The foreground is very wide.At the same, along with the development of hardware,it offers a strong compositive environment for opening up.The research about waterfall partcle system includes three parts: first, confirming the partcle model, setting up the model of the waterfall partcle.secend, moving of the paticle, setting up the moving-model of the waterfall partcle. This part contains birth of the particle, moving of the particle, dead of the particle.third, physics model, studying the outside factors when the particle is running. But the simulation of the external scenery is not simpleness, how to make the foregoing models hang together and make the effect lifelike are one of the important research ways.In the text,we use the basic theory of the particle system and physics, open up in the entironment of MyEclipse, realize the simulation of the waterfall system.First, analysing waterfall particle, construct the real model of waterfall.Secend, analysing the rules of the running, construct the real model of the tunning.Last,we use the technology of colliding-test,particle-amalgamation and background to construct the real model of the physics. So realizing the waterfall system. At first,we introduce the researching-actuality and production, and then we expound the basic theory which we use, founding the models. At last, the whole system comes true by coding.
