The control system and wireless system of robot soccer was designed in the paper and they were used successfully in FIRA competition.The first, settling the theory basis by presenting its kinematics model. The parameter of control algorithm was determined by building the DC motor model with simulation. At the same time, the sampling period T was determined. The control system of soccer-robot was analyzed and the whole design project was set up. The paper mainly designed the subsystem hardware circuit and gives the arithmetic flow of software.Then, the wireless communication system was designed. The wireless communication software based on shock burst mode was designed by analyzing the communication mechanism. The paper mainly gives the hardware circuit and the arithmetic flow of software. The communication dialing software and display module were designed to simplify the dialing process because of the traditional code switch with poor reliability and time-consuming.The end, the circuit wafers of two systems were made and it was demonstrated that they satisfied the FIRA competition command. The hardware was realized in the protel DXP and the software came true in the Silicon Laboratories IDE circumstance with PL/M language.
