The Research And Implementation Of Distributor Management System For Telecommunication Industry

With the rapid development of telecommunication industry business, and the telecommunication market competition is day by day severe, an effective operating distribution channel of high efficnency has became an important weapon for telecom operators to obtain powerful competitive advantage. Telecom operators urgently need building a management system platform: a distributor management system, which aim at the building and management of distribution channel, the management of business resource selling, the estimation and analysis of distributor's achievement. From the actual system requirement of current distribution channel management of telecommunication industry, this paper emphatically studied the three key problems which will be encountered in the process of the development of the distributor management system: first, how to construct a web framework being fit to apply to the industry developing telecommunication rapidly? second, how to accomplish the tremendous difference report-development requirement? third, how to design the program for the large amount of text interfaces among this distributor business management system with other business systems?This paper integrated the J2EE platform with Oracle database, based on Struts, JavaScript, JSP technology and MVC model, constructed an applied web framework for the development of telecommunication industry applications. Made use of JExcelApi, JasperReports, and JFreeChart to develop Excel type reports, table type reports, and chart type reports. We adopt Java+Oracle procedures to design and develop the large amount of text interfaces among this distributor management system with other business systems. The application situation indicates: this system has the merits of well fault-tolerance, good expansibility, and high-effect business handling, and so on.
