The economical globalization caused the manufacture environment to have the fundamental change, facing the global manufacture new situation, the enterprise has to fully use the global manufacture resources, the realization manufacture resources dynamic optimized conformity, by the way which quicker, better, and saved to the market. However, the traditional network manufacture lacks of the essential flexibility and openness, has restrained the network expansion and further promotes, restricted enterprise's agility and the market fast response ability, and hindered the manufacture enterprise seriously to economical globalization forward. The manufacture grid concept raises under this times background, it is not attempts to substitute for the advanced manufacture pattern, for example, the network manufacture, the agile manufacture and so on, but is the beneficial supplement and the technological innovation in the existing foundation. It makes disperse the idle resources and the superiority resources unified in the global scope through the grid node form the seal, and provides the unification resources visit entrance and the transparent resources service to the users, and satisfies the enterprise to the resources sharing request.Under this kind of background, we research on dynamic scheduling system research of manufacture grid. This paper takes dynamic scheduling based on the manufacture grid as the research object. constructs overall structure based on dynamic scheduling system of the manufacture grid, researches on resources decision-making mechanism of manufacture grid based on the knowledge, proposes manufacture grid job scheduling strategy based on the colony algorithm, simultaneously also studies service mechanism based on the manufacture grid, and finally carries on the design and the discussion of the dynamic scheduling system design and the realization. The main research work of this paper is as follows:1. Unifying predecessor's research, we have analyzed research present situation and the trend of development of dynamic scheduling based on the manufacture grid, as well as the research status of grid technology and manufacture grid, and elaborated research significance and the purpose of dynamic scheduling system based on the manufacture grid.2. We elaborate three dispatcher level of the manufacture enterprises, separately carries on the introduction to these three level functions, and constructers overall structural framing of scheduling system. We propose multistage dynamic scheduling system model based on the manufacture grid, establishes dynamic scheduling system based on the outside-grid and dynamic scheduling subsystem based on inside-grid. And we introduce core middleware of the manufacture grid system, develop this system the application middleware, and give the detailed description of application middleware's correlation service.3. We use the fuzzy set's subjection function as the rough set attribute, obtain the system's classified knowledge through the fuzzy cut set; use the sample's fuzzy subject degree to construct fuzzy synthetic evaluation matrix, the attribute importance degree to construct weight matrix, and the fuzzy assessment method to evaluate the candidates set, finally, obtain the relatively ideal resources. This paper unifies the qualitative analysis and the quantitative evaluation, realizes the stationary criteria well quantitative, demonstrates the relative importance of the evaluation criteria, and enables the manufacture resources evaluation result to have the strong objectivity.4. Researching on job scheduling based on wasp algorithm manufacture grid. For the flaw the of the traditional job scheduling strategy, we carry on the dynamic scheduling using the colony and the environment interactive model, give the dynamic scheduling decision-making mechanism based on the colony algorithm, and enhance the job scheduling reliability and timeliness.5. Unifying STEP and the XML standard described the manufacture grid service expression and the seal, we propose service assessment method with the learning capability, which makes scheduling system the unceasing sensation and real-time adapt to inside and outside change of the manufacture grid in the movement process.6. After analyzing overall demand of the manufacture grid dynamic scheduling system, we constructer the system frame. We constructer the modules of the dynamic scheduling system and the detailed analysis of it; make the scheduling of resources model, the job scheduling model obtain the application in reality; and realize the scheduling system initially.
