The nondestructive interferometry combining with image processing technology and information optics theory has wide applications in detection fields and will act a more important role. In this thesis, the Electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) and digital holography technology based on optical fiber are investigated. The experiments are performed, and the interferegrams are processed and analyzed. We improve the arithmetic on correlative image process fields and realize the real-time monitoring and analyzing of the samples.Electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) is one of the most practical and powerful technique for deformation and vibration analysis. The main advantages of ESPI are the ease of recording the holographic interferograms and analyzing the data, and the possibility of observing the object in near real time. Further more, quantitative phase information can be obtained with phase measuring algorithms. The space optical system and optical fiber system of ESPI have been set up in our experiments. The real time image capture system and image process have been made. We improve the arithmetic and integrate into friendly software.Base on this, we set up a digital holography interferometry system. A series of holograms are recorded and employed to recover. The images recovered and unwrapping problems are investigated deeply in this paper. Good arithmetics are studied to recover wave front completely. The lead lanthanum zirconate titanate (PLZT) has been tested and its full-field phase values are monitored. The periodical phase distribution and its characters are obtained and discussed when an external electric field is applied. According to the experiment phenomenon we investigate the structure and quality of PLZT.
