As the processing of 2-D hybrid signal and system is drawing more and more attention nowadays, an increasing number of new kinds of relevant technology are developing rapidly. The related technologies of such field mentioned above, which are mainly discussed in this paper, include the processing of 2-D image and the analysis of the dynamic system.First of all, the application of the a hybrid 2-D transform, discrete Fourier transform-discrete wavelet transform (2-D DFT-DWT) in the processing of ultrasonic medical image is discussed, including the application of the hybrid 2-D transform in the denoising of the ultrasonic medical image, as well as the distracting of the feature of the focus of fat liver. Additionally, some results of the relative programs are displayed at the end of this part.In addition, the second issue we demonstrate about is the realization of the bispectrum, as well as the application of it in the denoising of image, especially the ultrasonic medical image. Some results of the corresponding programs are exhibited in this part.Moreover, two kinds of 2-D numerical inversion formula for the Laplace transform are proposed in this paper, as well as the application of them in the processing of some special functions. One of them is the improved formula of the FFT2-based 2-D numerical inversion of Laplace transform, and the other one is the formula of the 2-D FFT-based numerical inversion of Laplace transform. At the same time, some output is also shown at last.
