Multifunctional Electrical Parameters Measuring Module is the instrument used for real-time measuring electrical signal of electricity transmission lines. It can measure the transmission voltage and current values, and also can measure the active, reactive and apparent power, power factor and harmonic components, etc. The module has practical significance to the electricity sector and users.This thesis aims to the needs of users, conducts an in-depth study on how to realize multifunction and improve the accuracy. First the thesis introduces the theory of electrical measuring and the development of instruments technology, comparatively analyzes the current commonly electronic parameters measuring technologies in the measurement accuracy, cost and reliability, and then confirms an Electrical Parameters Measuring Module's overall design and realization of the program under the technical requirements and features. Hardware design part focus on how to simplify circuit, lower equipment costs, realize multi-functional and high-precision measurement. High-performance energy measure chip is used to replace the traditional sampling circuit to measure power, and many other integrated circuits simplify the external circuit. The design selects low-power MCU for parameters management and integrated non-volatile memory for storage, uses RS-485 on the serial communication, and determines the transmission scheme in accordance with the needs of harmonic analysis, the relationship between transmission distance and the rate of transmission. The thesis' software design part expounds the measure principle of the energy measure chip with MCU, the method of measuring electronic parameters, data storage and distribution, and the manner of communication in detail. A variety of anti-jamming technologies is used in the module design. PC application software programs on LabWindows/CVI, can be divided into three parts: The user application interface part can realize real-time monitoring and alarming; Historical data part can preserve historical data regularly, generate historical data files, enable users to document running back; Data analysis part analyzes the parameters provided by the module, can realize the function of harmonic analysis and three-phase imbalance degree measuring which is usually hard to do by Integrated Measurement chip.After adjustment, the Multifunctional Electrical Parameters Measuring Module design in this thesis realized functions of alarms and a variety of electrical parameters measurement, realized high-precision measurement and reduced the volume of equipment. It is with many advantages such as high-precision, multi-function, low cost. After enhanced the reliability, the module will have a very good application prospect.
