pH neutralization process is a typical nonlinear process in FGD, and often contains long time-delay and Nonlinear part, so the identification and control of such process is one of the difficult problems in control field. This paper open out the argumentation based on this object. After introduced the significance of such process in FGD, the paper analyzed the characteristic of the process, and used the least-square method to identify the process model based on the transcendental information about the process, and has educed the math model of the process in the 100% status. Finally, based on this model, the paper utilizes the MATLAB to design the controller for the process. how to deal with the nonlinear problem and long time-delay part of the system is the key of designing the controller.
