Design And Implementation Of Workflow In Medical Business Management Information System

Workflow technology is the new technology which develops very fast in the field of computer application these years. And the workflow technology and workflow management system draw more and more attention from the research institutions and the industrial world since computer and network are getting increasingly common. The application of workflow management system can speed up the business and management process within the enterprise, enhance the managing efficiency and help to achieve autonomy or semi-autonomy in management.The paper first states the technology of workflow and medical business management system.Then the paper focuses on the research into three kinds of technology: The workflow engine based-on active database technology; A workflow shortest path selection method based-on directed graph of preprocessed dynamic power gene; The flexible modification and exception process tactics based-on self-adapted rules database.The task execution and the state change of the tasks are active in the workflow system. So we can apply the active database technology to the workflow system. This paper introduces the basic concept of active database, ECA rules model, workflow engine model based-on active database, and completes the workflow model based-on active database combined with the actual application.To ensure the favoring execution of the workflow tasks, improve the execution effect, extend the deepness and span of assignment equilibrium of the workflow tasks, the paper puts forward the workflow shortest path selection method based-on directed graph of preprocessed dynamic power gene. After introducing the following basic concepts the active power gene, directed graph, shortest path, the paper describes the shortest path algorithm of the workflow directed graph in detail, and proves the feasibility using the example.The operation procedure and its execution are not invariable. The inner and exterior factors perhaps result in the difference of procedure execution from procedure definition, which is called workflow change or exception. The ability of flexibly and dynamically processing the change and exception embodies the flexibility of the workflow system. The paper puts forward the flexible change and exception process tactics based-on self-adapted rules database.
