Application Of Data Mining In Networking Ticketing System Of Gansu Province

With the society advances,the rapid development of computer science and technology, the industries of the community are also gradually entered a new developing times. A new social structure is shaping as the grasping of the information, and in order to avoiding enterprises be inundated by a mass of information and becoming an isolated islands of the information world, the Internet plays a crucial role in exchanging the information. With the development of computer technology, the Internet has not only played the role in information transmission,it also comes into new fields,office assistant, life by network are coming into people's lives gradually.With the rapid development of computer technology and constant reform in transportation field, new generation of information management system appeared in the transport industry. With the growing of the number of subsystems of business and the ever-expanding information, how to quickly position the information that users will require, as well as how to combine the subsystems with each other to be an organic one, so that all types of information system can cooperate with each other has become a new issues of the Industry Information Construction. Meanwhile, with the application of Internet/Intranet being popular, taking the B/S structure,WEB browser as the client and providing an unified access for the enterprise information, have become the trend of the information management system. Meanwhile, with the rapid development of computer network technology ,many new technical standards of hardware and software has been made.The new technology provides a turning point for the development of the new generation transportation information systems.With the rapid socio-economic development in Gansu Province and the complete implementation of the transportation projects, people travel more and more frequently, the requirements for traffic to be fast, convenient and scientific are also increasing; As the government sector, the planning and construction of information in transportation filed plays more and more important role. How to build the effective networking ticketing system based on the scientific and efficient operation of the information management system, facilitate people in the province to achieve inter-regional ticketing,traveling,and build the unified settlement system,GPS monitoring and dispatching vehicles operation management system, business credit management system, and administrative penalties management system with networking system in the system; analyzing and planning the information of traffic scientifically, scheduling and using the transport resources and facilities reasonably, make modern technology in close connection with transportation, and guide the transportation enterprises to improve the production efficiency actively is the focus projects and tasks of transportation management sector of Gansu province during the "11th Five-Year" Plan period.In this paper, I introduce the computer ticketing system of Gansu province, explain the construction necessary of the networking ticketing system according to the current status of the ticketing system in Gansu, the planning of the networking ticketing system of Gansu province by the Transportation Center, made the solutions of the construction of networking ticketing system which accord with the requirement of the Center-program the system with B/S structure and modular; exchange and storage the data between the sites and the central with distributed database,adopte the strict authority management system, people has the different authority from each other, the users will work in the limit authority, thereby avoiding the beyond authority operation, it also consistent with the data confidentiality requirements of the centre. I also introduce the various modules of the system on the basis of the completing design of the system. Including ticketing module, supported settings module, querying module. In this paper,I introduce the background and the theory of data mining,the fields which data mining can apply in briefly. Introduce the theory of both the algorithms which are used in the project.And introduced the development process of the cluster analysis in system, explain the function of the code of data extraction and drop-dimensional.To show the clustering results in the form of charts with the analysis of historical data with cluster analysis algorithm,which can get the clustering results of datas,and forecast the future traffic conditions with Markov algorithm from the clustering results.introduce the realization of Markov algorithm,to predict with Markov analysis from the clustering result, and test the analysis result with the history data.The networking ticketing system is an important component,the operation of the system will make the information construction to a new level,be a crucial step to standardize management and scientific management of the passenger management system of Gansu province, make the Province's transportation system run more efficient and standardized,avoid the situation of unstandardized taking bus, passenger market confusion, the department unable to monitor.The station and the center can understand the future status of the passenger by analyzing the result,they can be ahead of layout,advance planning,and really show the people-oriented service theory.The application of clustering algorithm and Markov algorithm in system improves the system's value,it also is a breakthrough of the application of data mining in new field.I have particularly design the structure of the system during my writing and coding, and programed the networking ticketing model and the related models.Based on finishing the basely function of the system, I had studied the data mining technology according to the requirement of the system, compared with the related data mining algorithm, I took the K-means cluster algorithm and Markov algorithm as the algorithm in the project, and studied the algorithms,then coded, I have got some results of data mining at present.The networking ticketing system of Gansu Province is a systematic project,it can not be accomplished overnight,the schedule of the project is to layout all the stations of the province within one year, and make the system run normaly.The system is still in the development stage at present,it also need to adjust the function structure of the system constantly,add the new demand,adjust the Functional layout. Because the system is still in the development stage,we can not test the active effect of the data mining result detailedly and actively.The effectiveness of data mining also need to be tested in the future and the multi-participation of the fields experts,to scientificly comment the result of the data mining, and to get the opinions and the suggestions from the experts,to modify the function,to inmprove the usefule values of the system consequently.
